‘Chris Emmins, of the online reputation management company KwikChex, says: “We’ve had more than 40 requests from hoteliers in this situation. It’s fairly frequent, and it’s hard to nail. I suspect the motivation is getting two or three reports like this online about one property, then going to the insurance company and saying, ‘Look, this happens all the time there.’
