“In the UK, that anger has bubbled over into a complaint brought to the country’s Advertising Standards Agency by online reputation management company KwikChex, representing some 2,000 UK hotels.”

“Kwikchex co-founder Chris Emmins told the Telégrafo that the company made a similar complaint on behalf of hotels and restaurants to the Federal Trade Commission in the US, and would bring a civil court case against TripAdvisor there.”
