KwikChex discusses the laws concerning outdated and irrelevant online reviews on BBC Radio 4 programme You & Yours.

KwikChex is taking a number of new actions following recent rulings and changes in the laws, including applications under the Right to be Forgotten principles and defamation. We are also pursuing an international ethical campaign to improve accuracy on reviews sites in order to better inform consumers and protect them and businesses from fake reviews.
