La ASA resuelve de manera informal una reclamación contra Sold Faster

The UK Advertising Standards Authority (ASA) has informally resolved a complaint submitted by KwikChex regarding Sold Faster https://www.soldfaster.co.uk (website now down).

La investigación de KwikChex se llevó a cabo en el marco de las actividades del Grupo Operativo de Tiempo Compartido https://www.timesharetaskforce.org/ que gestiona KwikChex.

This challenged a statement on the Sold Faster website “Get a guaranteed CASH offer for your house in less than 1 hour!” to be misleading advertising as there was no evidence to prove this was true.
