ASA resolvió de manera informal una reclamación contra Rapid Sale t/a www.repossessionsos.co.uk

The UK Advertising Standards Authority (ASA) has informally resolved a complaint submitted by KwikChex regarding Rapid Sale trading as https://repossessionsos.co.uk/ (website down).

The investigation by KwikChex challenged the claim on the Repossessions SOS website ​”We sell house fast in just 48 hours! We buy any house” was misleading and questioned whether this could be substantiated.

After contact from the ASA, the advertiser agreed to remove the claims “Sell house fast in just 48 hours!” and “We buy any house” from their advertising and the case was informally resolved.
