I can’t thank Chris and his team enough for their advice and guidance in successfully obtaining a refund from the credit card company for money paid for a service that did not materialise. Also for putting me in touch with Trading Standards who had an ongoing investigation into the company.

Staff with whom I had contact were polite, helpful and reassuring and acted as our representative in resolving a long-running dispute. They resolved the problem very quickly. I would recommend them unreservedly for anyone with a similar problem as they exceeded all our expectations.
